HOW RISING WORKS — AND WHAT THE WORK ACTUALLY IS
RISING runs from April to November.
This is a long-form leadership immersion designed for real change —
not a short-term reset or inspiration cycle.
You meet biweekly in live, 90-minute leadership arenas.
These sessions are not classes you attend.
They are spaces you step into — where leadership is practiced, tested, and embodied in real time.
WHAT YOU GET
A clear leadership architecture
You are not left to “figure it out.”
RISING provides a strong identity framework that supports how you lead, decide, speak, and show up under pressure.
This includes:
- concise identity transmissions
- calibration audios that regulate presence and decision-making
- reflection tools that become your personal Leadership Playbook
- This work gives language, structure, and coherence — so your leadership stops being situational and starts being consistent.
- Live leadership arenas. Every other week, you enter a live group space where leadership is practiced — not discussed abstractly. In these sessions: you speak, not just listen you lead conversations, not just reflect on them you are seen by others who are also leading There is no hiding, no passive participation, and no performance. You are met at your level — and expected to show up as such.
- A high-integrity leadership circle. RISING is not a community you scroll. It is a shared leadership field built on presence, honesty, and responsibility
You will be in the room with other women who: hold real responsibility are willing to be seen while they lead are done competing, comparing, or collapsing
This all creates a rare environment where trust sharpens authority instead of diluting it.
WHAT THE WORK REQUIRES FROM YOU
